We went into the store to checkout a sale item, had young children with us and time was limited, we had asked a sales associate if shipping was free they said yes. So we left and went to order online. Well it wasn't free it was $50, so I had to go back to the store to place the order. When I was at the store I purchased the extra warranty plan which they said included a waterproof spray treatment. They called us for pickup and when we asked if it was done they said no. They at least offered to ship it to us, but holy smokes no one seems to have a clue at this place. There are plenty of other stores I'd go to over this for better customer service.
Worst customer service I have ever received. Bought a bunk bed, paid $1299 for the bed then bought Warranty. Bed has defects an all the headboards plus board were warped. Went back and forth with customer service for 2 days kept getting different answers, a manager refused to talk to us till the very end when we to the point of wanting a refund. Ar this point we were so done we offered us a refund of an amount plus warranty still good came back 5 minute later to say a less refund and no warranty. Why would I spend so much Money to have a defective bed to have it “fixed” if the bed is defective the. We should have Ben offer a new one or a discount plus fixed. Was so impressed by o talk to them they kept talking around in circles and never giving a straight answer to any of the issues. Each person we talked to gave us a different answer to what we were wanting no one knows what they were talking about or policy. Will never step fit in that Leon’s or any other ever again! Worst experience ever!
We were very happy with the service we received at cross iron mills location of Leon's furniture store where Nam was the sales agent whom took care of us and she was very friendly, nice and helpful in providing us with all the information and knowledge about the product we wanted and needed to get and buy in two recliner chairs for our bonus room. She was phenomenal in making sure we got a great deal for the Black Friday week and explained everything properly to help us understand. Great store and experience!
Went here to look for deals during the Christmas sale as we recently moved into a new place. Jigar greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us navigate through a wide range of furniture. He’s very passionate and knowledgeable, and knows how to guide customers on exactly what they’re looking for. We ended up buying a Sofa Set. Had a great experience at this location!
Bought a love seat from The Brick today on Boxing Day as our Sales person walked away to take another customer when we said we were looking for something less expensive as we were putting in in a developed basement. She could care less, looking for a higher commission sale I would guess. She didn’t even ask can I show you something more in your price range? Never a good experience from Leon’s. last trip there ever. See the stores response. It’s ok if they treat you poorly. PS: Your store was not busy. Plenty of parking. Just poor service.
I visited the place by myself it’s awesome. I saw the flyer and want to buy my bedroom furniture a guy Vik he was very helpful over there we brought whole bedroom sweet under his guidance. I am so glad he helped us. He is really an amazing person.
